1. Shipping Policy

• Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order and will be displayed at checkout.
• Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.
• Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders above ₹1000 within India.
• Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your package’s progress.
• International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. All orders must be shipped within India.

2. Order Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@sukhsonindia.com. Cancellations are only allowed before the order is shipped. Once an order is processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Upon approval of the cancellation, refunds are typically processed within 24-48 business hours.

3. Refund and Return Policy
We aim to provide quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. However, if you are not fully satisfied with a product, you may initiate a return as per the guidelines below:

• Return Window: Return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, log into your account, go to the ‘My Orders’ section, and follow the steps to submit a return request.
• Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact. Any product that shows signs of use, wear, or damage may not qualify for a return.
• Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please upload images of the product, packaging, and invoice during the return request.
• Incorrect Orders: If an incorrect item was received, contact us within 72 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement or return.
• Refund Processing: Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected at our facility. Refunds typically take up to 15 days from the date the product is received.
• Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or customized products, products without original packaging, or items with tampered labels cannot be returned.
• Exchange Policy: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may return an eligible item and place a new order for the desired product.
